Special fields

Typical criminal law

We advocate in investigation proceedings and in all instances including re-opening cases, whether in cases of violent crimes, drugs and narcotics, property offences, sexual assault or other crimes. The field of activity also comprises detention procedures. The defence in criminal youth cases is also part of our field of expertise.

Business crime and corruption criminal law

Business crime and corruption criminal law – most of all in major cases – is a very complex challenge for the defence. By know-how and long-term experience (also in the biggest business crime cases of Austria) we can guarantee focused and competent defence.

Criminal procedural law

Criminal procedural law is the tool of the defence lawyer. Extensive and thorough knowledge of the criminal procedural law allows us to implement the demands of our clients efficiently and in accordance with the criminal procedural law and to also treat complex and rare criminal procedural questions. Our special field is drafting appeals.

Financial criminal law

Just in financial criminal cases it is often necessary to cooperate with experts of other fields like tax advisors and auditors in order to be able to offer the best possible defence. Based on our widely spread professional network this is possible anytime.

Detention law

Also during detention we stand by our clients and look after them, e.g. in the following concerns: for conditional release (also from detention in a mental-health facility or in a facility for the treatment of addiction or for dangerous repeat offenders), plea of pardon (“petitioner”), postponement of serving a prison sentence, classification request, change of location of imprisonment, electronically surveyed house arrest (“ankle block”) parole, prison leave, etc.
