Extensive and thorough knowledge of the criminal procedural law allows us to implement the demands of our clients efficiently and in accordance with the criminal procedural law and to also treat complex and rare criminal procedural questions. Our special field is drafting appeals. |

| Also during detention we stand by our clients and look after them, e.g. in the following concerns: for conditional release (also from detention in a mental-health facility or in a facility for the treatment of addiction or for dangerous repeat offenders), plea of pardon (“petitioner”), postponement of serving a prison sentence, classification request, change of location of imprisonment, electronically surveyed house arrest (“ankle block”) parole, prison leave, etc. |
